Tumis babat (tripe recipe from Indonesia)


1 kilogram of tripe
100 grams of soybean sprouts
5 spring onions
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Kecap asin soy sauce
Vegetable oil


Boil the beef tripe and cut it in small squares. Fry in vegetable oil the chopped onion and the crushed garlic until fragrant. Add the tripe and sauté for a few minutes. Add the kecap asin soy sauce and continue to fry until the tripe has soaked up the sauce. Add the soybean sprouts and the chopped spring onions. Serve with steamed rice.
